I'm in my late 40s and in perimenopause. A few days after I started taking this, I noticed that my hot flashes seemed significantly less intense. I thought it was a fluke and attributed it to cooler weather but I continued taking it and I'm happy to say that I don't feel as hot and sweaty as I used to. I was actually amazed because I was resigned to feeling hot all the time. I also noticed that I feel less tired and seem to have good dreams every night now. I haven't tracked my weight so I can't really say if that's been impacted. One thing I wish would be improved is the taste -- it's mildly sweet and floral. It doesn't taste bad but personally, I'm only able to tolerate it when I drink it with warm water. Overall though, I'm very satisfied with this product's effectiveness and I will likely buy again.
