My teenage kid has very irregular menses. She has seen the TCM and gynae for her condition, and little result. Her last menses was in Jun’25. We started her on Cycle Harmony since Nov’25 and her menses came in Feb’26, and came again in Mar’26!!!! So fingers crossed it continues to be regular 🤞
I have been taking this regularly and love that this is reasonably priced and taste great. It works well for my nails and I am happy with this product. Will order more!

I really really love this product. I felt it was rather affordable and contrary to comments about the taste, I love it! Super refreshing! I also realise my cravings were suppressed because of it. My only reason that I had to stop was because of the amt of plastic containers I was starting to collect because of this. I might subscribe again if there were an option for refill packs rather than new containers every time.

I am 54 and have been consuming this product for the past 3 years. Initially I was skeptical of its effects, but after 3 months of using it, I have since been converted and it's one of my daily staple supplements. The taste is rich and delicious, it's simple to use and effects are long-lasting and very obvious. My complexion feels supple and "springy", and I can proudly say I don't really need to go for facials so regularly and only require minimal skincare products to maintain my skin. The bloatedness definitely went down. The achiness and lethargy I feel before menses significantly reduced. Hot flashes also reduced. Completed 3 months, continuing another 3 months. Highly recommended.

Hi, I have been taking it for 5 months since Nov 2025. No weight loss and everything still the same. I don’t think it helps to lose weight ! It’s not cheap at all!
