Having tried this product for a few months with an experimental break in between, I must say it really help regulate my hormones. Especially during the time when I took a break, there is a marked difference in terms of bloatedness. Everything just seemed blocked. But after retaking, the menses start to come back altho not every month, but my body just feels lighter.

I take this first thing in the morning. I’ve only been on it for about a week so I think I’ll need awhile more to see proper results. The taste is not the best but it’s ok, my only gripe is really that it doesn’t dissolve well especially if I use cold water. Whether I use an electric whisk or a shaker bottle I still end up with quite a bit of undissolved bits that I have to try to break up with the whisk

I struggled with eczema on my right foot after I had my second kid. I found temporary comfort in using steroid cream from GP, menthol moisturiser etc., but the itch worsened over time. It has been 2.5 years. After drinking a packet, the itch stopped. Over the remaining 29 days when I consumed a packet per day, the itch came back on and off but it got better over time. My skin healed nicely and I have just a few scratches now. Highly recommend it, thinking of trying the zero version!
