I’ve tried every sleep supplement and pill out there to help me fall asleep. After having an injury that makes it so my brain never turns off on its own. Sleeping pills, my whoop recovery was always in the yellow, never getting to that green state to really push my workouts. Since ordering and within 1 sachet, I was at 91%! This product has been an absolute game changer for me! I have historically been a terrible sleeper.. I wake very often at night and have trouble getting back to sleep.
